President – Joe Cavanaugh III is married with five sons and five grandchildren. Joe has extensive experience in the business world as founder and President of Stereo West Inc, he has also served in C-Level positions for several nonprofit organizations. Joe worked as the Lead Partner of The Gallup Faith Division from 2005 through the summer of 2009. His years at Gallup underscored the global reality that personal self-awareness was the foundation of leading a fulfilling and abundant life. Since 2002 Joe has coached over 7,000 individuals and trained hundreds of StrengthsFinder and Life Coaches throughout the US, Southern Africa and the Asia Pacific Region. Joe also enjoys public speaking and is a frequent presenter at professional conferences, universities and churches. Joe became a published author in 2013 with his book The Language of Blessing published by Tyndale House Publishing and digitally available in Kindle, Nook and E-Book versions as well as paperback.

Joe currently serves as Past President of the International Coach Federation Nebraska Chapter

Jon Reid has been a life long mentor and has been Life Coaching since 2002. Jon brings valuable experience and perspective from a distinguished career as a senior partner in a prestigious law firm.  With extensive training in Gallup StrengthsFinder, VIA Character and Virtues and a licensed Paterson LifePlan facilitator Jon brings a rare level of professionalism to all of his coaching clients. Early in his adult life,  Jon discovered that he had a passion for mentoring and equipping others, and has invested countless hours into the lives of young adults. Jon brings that same dedication to each of his Life Coaching clients.

Emily Brummund’s breadth of experiences have prepared her for her true calling in coaching.  Emily spent over 15 years in the corporate, governmental, and non-profit sectors. After leaving public service, Emily began to pursue her dream of coaching in order to see people discover their unique design and gifting.  Emily has also traveled overseas to coach as well as work with various international ministries. Emily is currently based in Portland Oregon.
